Right to terminate the contract

The consumer has the right to return items purchased through the online store, within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as it complies with the general return conditions.



The return, exchange or issuance of the credit note will be carried out under the terms and on a date to be agreed. In the event that a refund of the amount paid is applied, they will be made within a maximum of 30 days following the refund request, which must be sent by email to our online store and which must include the destination NIB. You must always return products in their original packaging, with all accessories and the respective purchase receipt.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Withdrawal Exceptions

Returns due to cancellation of the following products will not be possible at any time:

1. Apple or Beats branded products, whose casing has been opened/tampered with, as well as the product initialized and/or activated.
2. All types of Software, games for consoles, DVD/Blu-ray discs, computer components such as graphics cards, memory cards, hard drives, CPUs and base boards whose warranty seal is broken, damaged or removed and/or packaging is opened or damaged.
3. For hygiene reasons, all types of products related to personal care, health and hygiene or prolonged contact with the skin (headphones, watches, bands).
4. All products that are in direct contact with some parts of the body, such as headphones, toothbrushes, straighteners or hair and beard trimmers, all items from the fitness & health range, whose packaging has been opened or with the broken, damaged or removed warranty seals or when the slightest signs of use are detected.
5. All types of robotics/radio control with open packaging, which due to their nature of multiple parts, safety packaging and memories, cannot be returned.
6. All types of laptops, computers, tablets and cell phones/smartphones with a broken or damaged manufacturer/warranty seal will not be accepted for return. If the aforementioned seal is not present on the equipment, because it has been removed or removed, the return will not be accepted if it is not returned in the same conditions as delivery. This implies that the packaging cannot be damaged and the system must be restored respecting the original partitions and programs. Hard drives must be free of foreign content.
7. All types of products from the toy/model/dollhouse ranges whose warranty seals are broken, damaged or removed and/or packaging is open or damaged.
8. Returns of software, consumable products (ink cartridges, toners, etc.), or products considered of a specific nature, specifically requested by the customer (e.g. business products, servers, specific memory from manufacturer configurators) are also excluded.

Products purchased in physical stores are not subject to return, as the customer can analyze the item at the time of purchase.

Consumer is understood as private customers where the product is not intended for professional purposes.
